Cincinnati, OH – (February 21, 2012) – RxHope – A Triplefin Company, is pleased to co-sponsor the 13th Annual CBI Patient Assistance and Access Programs Conference, where industry experts address changing market needs and provide exclusive coverage on the latest issues, including: reform and insurance exchanges; income eligibility criteria for patient cost sharing and specialty programs; new web portals for enrollment; and, innovation in institutional programs, pharmacy cards and bulk replenishment. The conference will take place in Baltimore, MD, March 6th-7th, and is the largest gathering of the nation’s leading Patient Assistance and Access Programs (PAP) experts with nearly 500 participants and featuring 65 distinguished speakers.
Christine Carrasquillo, General Manager of RxHope, addressed the importance of the CBI PAP conference, saying, “Due to the number of uninsured and underinsured patient’s in the U.S., Patient Assistance Programs are becoming more vital than ever. However, new healthcare reforms and the continually changing landscape of our industry make it tough to keep up with best practices. The CBI PAP conference provides us with the opportunity to exchange new ideas with industry peers and experts. It is also a forum for us to acquire the knowledge we need to continue to serve as the helping hand to people in need of obtaining critical medications that they would otherwise have trouble affording.”
Ms. Carrasquillo added, “RxHope remains committed to providing the critical link between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Since RxHope was acquired by Triplefin in June 2009, we have added 38 Patient Assistance Professionals to help make the PAP journey easier and more simplified. In January 2012, RxHope employees consolidated into a newly renovated, 29,000 square foot office building in Cincinnati, OH. Our expanded location is a reflection of adding several significant new clients and provides us with the opportunity for additional growth. We will be adding approximately 15 new Patient Assistance and Pharmacy Support Professionals in the first quarter of 2012 and have enough space to add another 100 employees in the future. We are very enthusiastic about our continued growth; it is a tool that helps us better serve patients and healthcare providers and ultimately helps us to achieve our overall mission of connecting Patients, Providers, Pharmacies and Payers to improve outcomes and to remove brand challenges with access, acquisition and adherence.”
