Co-pay Connect®, part of RX365®, enhances the patient experience by providing a web-based co-pay calculator. Where other offerings can take up to 48 hours to deliver accurate information, Co-pay Connect® produces an estimate within seconds, decreasing prescription abandonment and maximizing brand performance.
Options: Registered patient or provider platform, public facing platform, mobile-enabled, fax and call center support.
PA Connect®, part of Rx365®, provides patients and providers a web-based solution for processing a prior authorization, improving efficiency and first-fill completion rates for your brand. It works in tandem with Co-pay Connect® through digital submission and helps lessen manual intervention.

Another feature of Rx365® is Card Activation. You can customize your reimbursement program by offering Co-pay Connect® with added options for displaying a voucher or savings card advertisement. Triplefin will design a program that will take the patient to an enrollment page to activate a savings card.
